Booking & Payments
To secure your date, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit. This holds your booking in our calendar. The remaining balance (minus deposit) is due once your flowers have been received by us. £20 of your deposit is held if you opt for postal return of the finished item.

Returns, Changes or Cancellation Requests
Our items are made bespoke therefore we do not offer a return policy on any items. We cannot make changes once we start pouring resin so please contact us asap if you have a new request. If your event is cancelled we can look to reschedule for your new date

Sending your flowers
Full instructions on how to package and post your flowers are sent 1month before your event. Please make sure you follow them closely so they arrive in the best condition possible as we aren’t responsible for damage or wilting caused during shipping. If your flowers arrive unusable, we’ll contact you to discuss options.

Return Delivery​
If via post, we will send your item via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. We carefully package your finished piece and once it’s with Royal Mail we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help if there’s an issue. We take photos and videos of all pieces to document their condition when they left us

Custom waiver
Working with resin is complex and every piece is custom and handmade. Working with chemicals and fresh flowers means items may have bubbles, dust particles, uneven edging, or small cavities. Due to the size of our designs we pour resin in layers which creates lines visible from the side profile - this is unavoidable and normal for resin. By ordering, you are accepting that the above are not defects.

Flower design and return
We use the flowers we find best suits the design of your piece. Not all flowers provided will be used and excess flowers will not be returned. The design of your piece is at our discretion - we welcome any preferences when we reach out to you at the pre-design stage but these will be used as guidance only.

Preservation care
Resin must be kept out of direct sunlight and heat. We use professional grade resin (GlassCast) to ensure longevity but all resin over time may change colour or pigment (ambering). We cannot be held responsible for any perceived changes to your item

Flower Preservation
Each flower reacts differently in resin and our drying agent. We use the technique we have found best works after lots of trial and error. Changes can be to the shape, size and/or colour, all of which we cannot impact and therefore we are not held responsible for changes e.g white typically dries cream and red/pink may appear darker once dried. Pre-dried, dyed, sprayed or painted flowers are given at your risk and we are not accountable for how they react to the resin or how they may change over time. Colour Correction
Colour correction is the process of artificially changing your flowers' colour e.g via paint. Please note that we DO NOT offer this service as we believe in keeping your flowers in their original state. Please ensure you look at our work before booking for examples as none of these will have been colour corrected.

Tropical Flowers
Due to their moisture content tropical flowers are notoriously difficult to dry and retain their colour. Most tropical flowers turn brown on drying and therefore we no longer will offer preservation on the following flowers: Anthurium, Callas and Tropical Leaves. We will also use our discretion with Orchids as depending on their colour they can brown. Proteas are often too large for our moulds so we may not be able to include these in pieces either. If your bouquet is of a particular tropical nature we would recommend a looking for an artist who offers colour correction.

Your privacy
We only collect personal details needed to complete your order. Your information is never shared with third parties. We will share pictures of your finished piece on social media and/or on our website. If you prefer not to be tagged in any posts please let us know
